Email open-tracking — privacy notice
This domain (mzr-track.com) is operated by Mazori. When a
Mazori customer enables open tracking on an outbound email, the message
includes a small transparent image hosted here. When the recipient's email
client loads that image, this service records that the message was opened.
What is recorded
- An opaque, encrypted token that identifies the specific message (it contains no readable personal data).
- The time of the first open.
We do not store your IP address and we do not use this service to profile general web visitors. The image is served and the request metadata is discarded after the first-open timestamp is recorded.
Why
Senders use open signals to time follow-ups. An "open" means images were loaded — it is not proof a person read the message, and many clients block remote images entirely.
Your choices
Tracking is controlled by the sender, per message and per workspace, and is off by default for recipients in regions where it requires consent. To request that a sender stop tracking, reply to their email, or contact us below and we will route your request.
